“44 STUDENTS, 44 STEPS” MARATHON

“44 Students, 44 Steps” — Eureka High School's marathon dedicated to the memory of our martyrs!

As Eureka High School, we implemented a special project called “44 Students, 44 Steps.” The main goal of the project was to commemorate the memory of our martyred heroes, convey their courage to the younger generation, and strengthen the spirit of patriotism.
As part of the marathon, 44 students marched through various locations in Baku — symbolizing the 44 days during which the battles for Shusha continued.

During the march, the students carried pictures of our martyrs, reminding society of their names and the heroism they showed.

The slogan "Martyrs will not die, the Motherland will not be divided!" chanted throughout the march further strengthened the spirit and purpose of the event, conveying the deep meaning and importance of this project to the people around.
This marathon was both an unforgettable experience for the students and a manifestation of respect for the sacred memory of our martyrs.
